Tammy and I decided that on the first
day of the ride-in we would follow the
directions provided and tour 6 local
covered bridges.  The route would
take all day and cover about 245
miles.  We were up for an adventure
and that's what we got!  As you can
see, we made it to 3 of the 6 bridges.
The directions weren't quite up to date
but that didn't stop us even when we
came to a road that was washed out.
We just turned around and started
making arbitrary turns.  We even
stumbled on to the road we supposed
to pick up and were able to find the
bridge that was at the other side of the
washed out road!  We eventually made
a huge loop around Athens and even
came across a formation of motorcycle
cops in Gainesville!  We had a blast
even when we did get caught in the
rain.
